Spiritual Coaching

Spiritual coaching offers you the chance to discover the answers to your most serious and deepest questions and connect to your own true wisdom. The Coach works with the Toltec teaching embodied by Don Miguel Ruiz in his work "The Four Agreements" and will also draw on many other spiritual disciplines. Ultimately you are taught to integrate the spiritual way of being into your every day life. You learn to live in place of integrity and to follow your purpose in the present moment.

Don Miguel Ruiz's teaching is embodied by his most famous work "The Four Agreements". It is this teaching that gives each individual an opportunity to live life from a place of equilibrium and balance.

The teaching sees the divine in each human being and acknowledges the unique dynamic within all of us, which begins and ends with the relationship between the head mind (brain) and body mind (heart and soul). Through coaching and home study (with email support), the teaching gently reconnects you to that place within all of us that knows the difference between the "thinking mind" and the "loving heart." With this knowledge, each student gets a set of tools to live in the moment. The balancing of who we are is done through acknowledging both the masculine way and feminine nature within.

The teaching is a transformative experience that guides people into the One universal path that resides within the heart. It is here, at the source of our very being, that one encounters the healing and awakening power of Love. These teachings guide people to discover the uniqueness of their own personal path to spirit and give them the tools and support to bring their mind and emotions into alignment with that path.
